Customer care was great! Friendly, informative, extra above and beyond care if it was fit, faster than expected and let me know right away when my car was ready! Great experience, thankyou to all staff involved for being polite, professional, and caring. Jenz

Easy to work with. Kept us informed via text. Made themselves available on 3rd as our Ford Edge finished up late on the 2nd. Work looks great. Walked me through everything they did. Was some additional damage done behind the exterior. Someone had backed into our parked car in a parking lot. Would highly recommend and would go back for future service needs.

Be sure to inspect your vehicle when they say it's done. Upon arrival the work that they said that was completed was not completed they finished out the job in front of me the next morning come to find out they used hot glue gun to try to stick my bumper back on. They will treat your car as a arts and crafts hobby. Just picked up my vehicle from them May 28th 2026 so be aware.

I had a really pleasant experience with both front desk and service personnel. I brought my vehicle for inspection on request of at- fault insurance for repair evaluation.

I lack for superlatives to describe how well my vehicle and myself were treated at your shop. The repair work was done beautifully and, as a special treat, my car was returned sparkling clean inside and out. There is no hint that any damage ever occurred. Best of all it was so effortlessly efficient; I never had to call for progress updates because I received regular text messages with status updates. There were no surprise charges, nobody tried to upsell me or screw me over. All the people I interacted with were professional and polite. One name that deserves special mention is the service advisor, Larry - he is so knowledgeable and he makes it clear he really cares about helping his customers recover and be restored. Hopefully I never need your services again but if I do then I won't hesitate to return here. Thank you Larry, thank you Caliber - job well done!
